For licensees and auditors: The records below mirror the certificate of completion issued to each attendee. Full source documentation (presenter CVs, slide decks, attendance logs, signed sign-in sheets, recordings where applicable) is retained by Tri-Cities A&P Group at the Founder's office for at least four years from the date of the lecture, per WAC 246-12-210, and is available on written request from the licensee or the Washington Department of Health.

Tri-Cities A&P Group is not a board-recognized CE sponsor and does not pre-approve courses (the Washington Optometry Board does not pre-approve courses — see WAC 246-851-120). Each licensee is individually responsible for claiming credit in the correct category and retaining their own documentation. The records on this page are provided to assist that documentation, not to replace it.
