Dr. Alan Homestead founded the Tri-Cities A&P Group to give Washington optometrists a dependable, peer-driven venue for continuing education. An optometric physician for over 40 years, he graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1980 and served two years in the Indian Health Service in San Carlos, Arizona, as district optometrist for the Apache tribe. He practiced in his hometown of Seattle from 1982 before he and his wife Beverly relocated to the Tri-Cities for the culture, weather, and community of Eastern Washington. He currently practices as an associate at Grandridge Eye Clinic.

Dr. Kendal Piatt has lived in Eastern Washington for over 23 years and has owned Grandridge Eye Clinic since 2004. After studying Microbiology at Eastern Washington University, she earned her O.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 2003 and completed an externship at Tianjin Medical University's Tianjin Eye Hospital in China under Dr. Kanxing Zhao, a world-renowned expert in strabismus and ophthalmic genetics. She lectures frequently to parents on pediatric vision care and to senior centers on aging-eye care, and has provided care at a Nicaraguan refugee camp in Costa Rica.

Dr. Laura Winkel is a Washington State native who has lived in Kennewick for the past 25 years. A Pacific University graduate with 27 years in general optometry, she practices as an associate at Grandridge Eye Clinic, providing health evaluations, refractions, contact lens fittings, and sports specialty exams, and administers low-vision evaluations at the Edith Bishel Center for the Visually Impaired. A competitive trap-shooter since age 10, she has earned a position on the Amateur Trapshooting Association All-American Lady team for 15 consecutive years — experience that gives her unique insight into the visual demands of sports and hobby enthusiasts.

Dr. Joshua Randall practices at Washington Vision Therapy Center, where his primary specialty is vision therapy — the structured, in-office and at-home rehabilitation of binocular vision, accommodative, oculomotor, and visual-perceptual disorders. He works with pediatric and adult patients on convergence insufficiency, amblyopia, strabismus co-management, and post-concussion vision rehabilitation, and brings that therapy-focused perspective to Tri-Cities A&P Group lectures with case-based discussions on diagnosis, treatment planning, and measurable outcomes.
